Etsy and all the questions

Today I set up my first new listing in Etsy. I had a shop years ago selling handmade clothing for little girls. I ended up selling the items in a local shop so I closed the Etsy store. Until now!

My shop sells high-quality giclee art prints. They are printed by a vetted source using archival inks and watercolor paper with a beautiful textural surface.

It was a little scary getting started on this journey to create a shop. I worried I wouldn’t know what to say on each post, how I would handle preparing photos and what to do about shipping, all the many aspects of developing a listing.

But to my surprise it went pretty smoothly. I know why I love this work and I want to share it. Writing the posts were not hard. I found some good mockup templates so photos have worked out too. And for shipping? Shipping will be free domestically at least through the holidays. Shipping prices are a bit fluid in this political climate and I want the ordering process to be easy. Done!

I plan to add a few other items like mugs and tea towels. I happen to have an obsession for tea towels. I am reviewing samples because I’m kind of particular about quality. I want you to get the best at a good price because that is what I like for myself too.

I hope you will take a minute to visit my shop and give me favorite status. Then you will know when I post new things and when you need that perfect gift or something new to add joy to a room, you’ll think of me!
